Booking & Service Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern all enquiries, quotations, bookings and services provided by Luxury Travel UK through our websites and communications. By making an enquiry or booking transport services you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to all enquiries, quotations, bookings and services provided through our websites, communications and booking channels.
By making an enquiry, confirming a booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. About Us & Service Structure
Luxury Travel UK operates as a professional passenger transport provider offering minibus and coach hire services for corporate travel, private hire, events, tours, airport transfers and group transport.
We operate multiple service and location specific websites. All enquiries and bookings are handled centrally under the same operational standards and policies.
Operator & Partner Fulfilment
- Journeys may be operated directly by Luxury Travel UK
- Journeys may be fulfilled by approved third-party partner operators
Where partner operators are used we ensure they hold valid operator licences and appropriate insurance.
3. Quotations
All quotations are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry.
Quotes may be amended if journey details change.
4. Bookings & Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed once accepted by us and any required deposit or payment has been received.
5. Payments
Payment terms will be confirmed at booking. Full payment must be made by the agreed date prior to travel.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled travel date will receive a full refund of all monies paid.
Cancellations made within 14 days of travel may be eligible for a partial or full refund at management’s discretion due to operational commitments including vehicle allocation, driver scheduling, administration and third-party costs which may already have been incurred.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled travel time are non-refundable. At this stage vehicles and drivers have been scheduled and operational costs have been committed.
7. Events & High-Demand Bookings
For race days, concerts, festivals and similar events specific deposit and cancellation terms may apply.
8. Waiting Vehicles & Parking
Where vehicles are required to wait on site the customer is responsible for arranging suitable parking.
9. Delays & Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, accidents or circumstances beyond our control.
10. Passenger Conduct
Alcohol, smoking and vaping are prohibited inside vehicles. Drivers may terminate journeys if behaviour presents a safety risk.
11. Luggage & Personal Belongings
Luggage requirements must be disclosed at booking. We are not responsible for personal belongings unless caused by negligence.
12. Damage & Cleaning
The booking party is responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning requirements.
13. Vehicle Allocation & Operational Substitution
While every effort is made to provide the vehicle type quoted Luxury Travel UK reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of similar or greater capacity where operationally necessary.
Substitution may occur due to:
- vehicle maintenance or mechanical issues
- driver availability
- operational scheduling requirements
- fleet management decisions
- circumstances outside our reasonable control
Subcontracted Services
In certain circumstances including peak demand or vehicle availability services may be fulfilled by an approved third-party licensed operator.
Luxury Travel UK shall not be liable for mechanical faults, breakdowns or operational delays arising directly from the subcontracted operator’s performance.
14. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booking.
15. Website Use
We are not responsible for the content or policies of third-party websites linked from our site.
16. Data Protection
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
18. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
